Brian Gramo

( Founder & Creative Director, theStream.tv )
Brian_Gramo1

Brian Gramo has been an avid gamer since the age of four, built his first computer at 13, and was the system administrator of a global, publicly traded sensor company before NJ bars could (legally) serve him. After moving to Los Angeles, Brian took on a variety of production roles and eventually served as a producer on Tom Green Live. Differences of opinion caused Tom to fire him one morning during an actual live stream. Brian launched his first show on theStream.tv one week later. Over the next few years he continued to add shows to the nightly line-up and theStream.tv has since produced over 1400 live, interactive shows on a variety of niche topics including film making, video games, green living, entertainment news, and music. theStream.tv programming has enjoyed several honors including the Clicker Award for Best Live Production, Streamy Award nominations for Best News Show, and multiple Best Live Production nods several years running.

theStream.tv has also generated tens of thousands in donations for various charities. His programs have hosted the likes of The Tonight Show’s Ed McMahon, Avatar’s Joel David Moore, Girlfight’s Michelle Rodriguez, Star Trek’s Zachary Quinto, several cast members from both SNL and MadTV, plus hundreds more. Mr. Gramo continues to play video games, collect computer parts, develop TV shows, and type things like this bio on his iPad.

Brian previews his upcoming BlogWorld talk in this awesome behind-the-scenes video!
