Dawn Davidson Drantch, Esq. is In House Counsel for Alcott HR Group, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) providing human resources outsourcing to approximately 300 companies and their 4,000 employees. Dawn practiced management-side employment and labor law, and was an Equal Opportunity Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and The Washington College of Law, American University. She frequently writes articles and speaks on workplace law topics and acts as a source for various publications and other media.
