Matt joined Rackspace in 2007 as a solution consultant to help startup companies going through explosive growth. He transitioned from that role into a couple of other ones during his tenure at the company and is now part of a team of engineers providing support and guidance to Rackspace customers and partners in real time through social media channels. Matt’s deep involvement with Rackspace customers of all levels has enabled him to understand the importance of how enjoying what you do enables you to provide outstanding service.
