Sheila Scarborough

I’m a writer and speaker specializing in tourism, travel and social communications. Along with Becky McCray, I co-founded Tourism Currents to provide training in social media for destination marketing. A proud member of the AWC (Association for Women in Communications) I sit on the National Board of Directors, run the weekly #awcchat on Twitter and serve locally as Chair of Freelance Austin. I’m a US Navy veteran and an NHRA drag racing fan because there’s one winner, one loser and no whining.
