Exhibitor Guide

Question: I’ve purchased a booth space, what is included?
Answer: The only things included with your booth space are listed above under BOOTH PACKAGE.

Question: Do I need to rent electrical services?
Answer: If you plan on plugging anything into the outlets behind your booth, you will need to order electrical services. The electrical vendor can help you with how much electricity you need to order based on what you plan on bringing to the show.

Question: I need internet connection, how do I do that?
Answer: BlogWorld provides wifi services to it’s attendees. However, if you plan on doing any streaming at your booth you will need to order your own internet service through the Jacob Javits Convention Center.

Question: I need to ship supplies/equipment for our booth, how do I do this?
Answer: There are three ways to get things to your booth. They all have their pros and cons, so here is the list

  • Advance to Warehouse: With this method you will need to ship to the Advance Warehouse address. This method will involve Material Handling charges billed by weight, this method costs a little more but this type of freight is delivered to booths first. Keep in mind that you need your freight to arrive at the warehouse before their deadline or you will be subject to surcharges.
  • Direct to Show Site: With this method you will need to ship to the Show Site address on the specified dates. This method will involve Material Handling charges billed by weight. This is the most cost effective, however since it is arriving on site it will be unloaded in the order it was received. This means delivery to your booth will be longer than with Advance freight.
  • Hand Carry: With this method, you can bring items into your booth but there are restrictions. You can only bring what you can carry through the front doors. No mechanical assistance can be used (dollies, luggage carts, etc.) and you cannot come through any of the freight doors
